Course Description
This course explores the principles and practices of leadership and governance within organizations. Students will study the roles of leaders in shaping vision, strategy, and ethical behavior while understanding governance frameworks that ensure accountability and transparency. Through case studies and simulations, students will develop critical leadership and ethical decision-making skills applicable in auditing, management, and corporate governance contexts.
